RosterIQ provides fantasy-football information, projections, rankings, analytics, and tools. The service may change over time as features, data sources, and football seasons change.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. If you use RosterIQ for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Information you provide must be accurate and current. Notify RosterIQ promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account.

You may cancel through the billing controls on your account. The billing portal will show when cancellation takes effect and when your access will end. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable.

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
• interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its security;
• access the service through automated means that create unreasonable load or violate another party's rights;
• copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its data except with written permission; or
• reverse engineer the service except to the extent applicable law expressly allows it.

RosterIQ's projections, rankings, summaries, and AI-generated output are informational estimates, not guarantees. Player availability, injuries, coaching decisions, data errors, and other events can make an analysis incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for your own roster, draft, and transaction decisions.

RosterIQ is not a gambling service and does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on the service to place a wager or make a financial decision.

The service may depend on third-party authentication, billing, data, news, statistics, and AI providers. Their services and content may be subject to separate terms and may become unavailable or change without notice. RosterIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, or fantasy platforms referenced in the service.

RosterIQ and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of RosterIQ or third-party content to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RosterIQ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RosterIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or fantasy-league outcomes arising from the service. RosterIQ's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to RosterIQ during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using RosterIQ at any time. RosterIQ may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

RosterIQ may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are posted. If a change materially affects your rights, RosterIQ will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
